How it works
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the Stouffer's® single serve frozen entrée that you purchased, please enclose the following to receive your refund by mail:
  • The original store-identified cash register receipt, dated between April 1, 2011 and December 31st 2011 (the Mail-in Refund Period); with the price of the Stouffer's® single serve entrée clearly identified and circled.
  • The original UPC symbol from the Participating Product.
  • In hand writing, tell us in at least 50 words why you have requested a refund.
  • On a plain piece of paper, print your full name, complete mailing address including postal code and mail along with the above to: Stouffer's Refund Offer, P.O.Box 12270. Saint John, NB. E2L 5E7.

PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS: Any Stouffer's® Frozen Entree with 'Tastes Like Home, Guaranteed' ribbon

Refund request must be received within 4 weeks of the date on the receipt and postmarked no later than January 27, 2012. Claims received after this date will not be honoured or acknowledged. Refund amounts will be the purchase price of the Participating Product before taxes to a maximum of $4.50. Limit one (1) refund request per envelope, to a maximum of four (4) requests per household address during the Mail-in Refund Period. Each request must be for a different Participating Product recipe. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. Only refund requests bearing sufficient postage and containing the original proofs and documents specified above will be honoured. Requests from groups or organizations will not be honoured or acknowledged. Nestlé Canada Inc is not responsible for refund requests that are postage-due, late, lost, misdirected, mutilated or delayed in the mail. No photocopies or mechanical reproduction of cash register receipt or UPC symbol will be accepted. Allow 6 - 8 weeks from receipt of request for delivery of your refund. Please keep a copy of all materials submitted. Nestlé Canada reserves the right to deny refund requests that it deems to be fraudulent in its sole discretion or to cancel the offer at any time without notice. Open to residents of Canada. Personal information will be used to process the refund only. Void where prohibited by law.
